Delivery Information
We ship via the Australia Post network. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays or peak periods. Beauty by Light is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Beauty by Light is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged parcels once they have been dispatched and are in the possession of the shipping carrier. However, we will assist where possible in resolving delivery issues.
