Request a free personalised treatment plan by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your main skin concerns. Use our mask for at least 90 days and if you feel our mask has not given you results after 90 days of daily use following the treatment plan that was given, simply contact us to begin the refund process. We ask you just to cover the return shipping and return the mask in the same packaging and condition it was sent to you in. If the mask is returned damaged, missing parts or in an unsatisfactory condition your return will not be accepted.
This guarantee is valid for all masks purchased after 22/03/2020. The mask must be used for at least 90 days and returned within 120 days of the purchase date. This is not valid on any other product. If you purchased one of our kits, only the LED mask is refundable at the retail price of the LED mask minus any discount that was applied.
In the unfortunate event your mask is faulty we ask you to send a short video showing the problem. We replace all faulty items with a new item that is within the 12-month warranty period as long as the product was used as directed. Warranties are not transferrable and if the product is resold or purchased from a private sale as a used goods, warranty will be invalid.
Products found faulty due to mishandling or misuse will not be covered by warranty. In rare cases we may ask you to send the faulty item back. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
